About the Role
Join our design team at Zoho to craft intuitive, user-focused experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams, transforming ideas into engaging and effective designs, and use insights to continuously improve products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to gather requirements, understand the domain, and turn insights into effective wireframes.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to enhance the experience.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Communicate the design rationale clearly to teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of UX design experience (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
