Program Highlights & Details
Role After Training: Relationship Manager (Sales / Value Banker)
Batch Eligible: Freshers (Graduates, Engineers, MBA, PG – less than 1 year experience)
Qualification: Graduation/Engineering (any stream) with a minimum of 60% in both 10th and Graduation
Age Limit: Below 25 years
Mobility: Must be willing to relocate and travel — role and location fungible
Training: Residential training (approx. 21 days)
Training Stipend: ₹18,000 (approx.) during training 0
Post-Training CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (depending on location) 1
