Job Description

The GenAI Developer is an intermediate-level position responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems. You will contribute to application systems analysis and programming activities, specifically within the GenAI (Generative AI) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Enhancements: Utilize knowledge of applications development to identify and define necessary system enhancements.

• Problem Solving: Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions using industry standards.

• Testing & Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications.

• Analysis: Analyze information and make evaluative judgments to recommend solutions and improvements.

• Risk Management: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup and its clients.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong skills can apply).

• Programming: Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications.

• Core Skills: Working knowledge of program languages (Python/Java likely preferred for GenAI roles).

• Communication: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
