Job Description :
- Provide Technical Support in a 24×7 environment on-call/ email/ chat support
- Should be able to resolve production issues and requests based on the SLAs defined.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot NetApp storage hardware issues
- NetApp FAS series (7 & C Mode) and E series advanced concepts of Data ONTAP
- Strong knowledge on Clustering and High Availability
- Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tools
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Fresher / Technical Support/ Customer Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
