We are searching for dependable Graduate Engineer Trainee – Group IT to join our capable team in the Group IT.
The Graduate Engineer Trainee – Group IT will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting other engineers with projects, conducting research, and writing reports.
You should be able to follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up with original ideas. To be successful as a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Group IT, you should have a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Outstanding candidates should be highly observant, willing to assist wherever possible, and eager to readily engage with Engineers outside of their area of specialization.
Eligibility & Skills
One of the primary responsibilities of the role is to comprehend project requirements and diligently complete all tasks delegated by the Supervisor.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will work alongside experienced staff members and gain practical experience by shadowing them, asking pertinent questions, and providing support wherever necessary.
Additionally, you will be encouraged to express your opinions and suggest improvements that can enhance the quality of the project.
This may involve conducting research and visiting sites to obtain a better understanding of the project. It is important to adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism and diligence while conducting your work.
To supplement your training, you will participate in meetings, workshops, and other training initiatives.
You will be expected to analyse data, prepare detailed reports, and share your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, building strong relationships with colleagues and maintaining a professional demeanour are integral components of this position.
