The purpose of this role is to engage with the partners at branch level to ensure their support, activation and achievement of Sales targets in the given territory and with the given partner/s. It will also involve liaisoning both internally and externally to achieve the desired results.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the GWP business
  • Manage relationships with key partners, including brokers, intermediaries, and sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Develop and implement training programs for partner sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


  • Final year under graduate student (any discipline)
  • Communication skill
  • Product-market awareness
  • Execution skill

Package: INR 2,50,000 + Incentives

Work Details: 6 Days/Week with Alternate Saturday Off
