Role Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years in Data Analysis and Excel
• Education: Any Degree, but B.Tech Degree is highly preferable

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel functions; knowledge of VBA is a plus
• Basic understanding of statistics and ability to detect patterns in data
• Ability to identify root causes and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues
• Capability to analyze data and provide actionable feedback
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and working independently
• Willingness to mentor new recruits and participate in team meetings

This role is hybrid, requiring candidates to work from the office 3 days a week.
