What does a Remote Customer Service Associate do?

This is a work-from-home opportunity. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers’ queries, which includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Remote Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners to ensure successful deliveries.

Resolving technical tasks relating to Amazon’s website, Prime services and/or digital devices (Echo, Kindle etc.)

Gathering intelligence to prevent any potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance.

We operate in a 24*7 model and have schedule shifts starting every hour in the day and night, for example from 1 AM, 3 AM, 9 PM, 11 PM, etc.

Training to provide you with the skills you need to problem solve for our customers

Laptop, microphone and headset provided by us – you’ll need a dedicated office space with a desk and a chair, plus reliable broadband connection

No script or learning dialogue by heart; you’ll be encouraged to bring your unique personality to every customer interaction
