Help in creating and updating knowledge on the legacy platform
Understand and evaluate the feasibility of the features demanded for knowledge products.
Support the end users /consumers with their issues and queries
Provide technical assistance in designing /structuring the knowledge products.
Pursuing / completed bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines.
Strong work ethic, service-mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset.
Effective written & verbal communication.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Creating products using technical interfaces and tools.
Strongly communicating within and outside the team.
Suggesting designs and UI options to make the product look better.
Understanding the customers and their needs.
Root cause analysis to understand various issues encountered by end – users.
