Job Responsibilities:
Investigate payment concerns brought up by customers.
Route payment concerns to Accounts Payable.
Reprocess stuck books through the system.
Maintain and improve a knowledge base with unique vendor requests and their solutions.
Work on developing responses for common questions
Work with customer service manager in documenting process flows.
Eligibility Criteria:
BE/ B. Tech Degree Qualification Required.
Good Communication
Willing to Learn New technologies.
Preferred skill:
SQL/PL SQL
Have Knowledge on Java,
Knowledge on SQL; SQL Server; SQL/PL SQL is a plus
Committed to quality, including security and performance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
