Job Responsibilities

•    Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement by understanding the compliance and business metrics
•    Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
•    Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
•    Perform semantic analysis of data which has no documentation or business rule
•    Exceptional interpersonal, communication(verbal and written) skills to work co-operatively in a multicultural environment
•    Strong analytical and cognitive ability along with presentation skills
•    Need to document the business flow independently without changing the meaning or create ambiguity(For Ex: How is the ticket “status” managed?)
•    Adhoc analysis of Remedy Force tickets (both performing upon request or recommending and performing)
•    Should be in a strong position to perform reporting analysis.
•    Understanding the requirement, do data analytics and story tell using dashboard 

Background & Skills

0 to 5 years of experience with a strong educational background in the area of analytics and statistics
•    Proficiency in is mandatory
o    MS Excel
o    MS PowerBI
o    Data visualizations tools
•    Data analytics through Python Frameworks
•    Customer Service and customer success factor
•    Working in an Agile way within multi-disciplinary data and analytics teams, co-ordinating resources from across the team and the business to achieve agreed project and scrum outcomes
•    Delivering data and analytics expertise and solutions, which brings commercial and customer value to business challenges
