Job Responsibilities:

Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of challenging expectations

Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding the overall process of queries

Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues

Communicate the end to end process of queries proactively

Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate from any stream.

 Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Outstanding customer focus, phone etiquette and work ethic

Excellent communications skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress

Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures

Preferred skill:

Team player and quick learner

Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
