Focus on daily operational activities such as ticket resolution, troubleshooting, environment monitoring, report analysis, client support calls
Requirements:
General knowledge of software development lifecycle
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Server and Microsoft SharePoint products, technologies, platforms, frameworks, and methodologies
Proven ability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently in a highly matrixed, varied and diverse environment with fast changing priorities
