Support learning projects and project manage learning programs in US
Manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.
Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions and other learning related reports
Manage and update trackers, content, documentation and databases
Support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events / program
Manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force
Liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors and other Talent teams to support learning processes
Any Bachelors Degree
Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
Intermediate excel skills
Experience in working with US stakeholders/customers will be preferable
Exposure handling cases
Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
Good Team Player
