Roles and Responsibilities
• Working on projects across the world, eliciting business requirements and translating and simplifying them
• Domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement, Gap Analysis, Product Owner, Industry Trends etc.) to Insurance Customers
• Developing domain led propositions on topics related to Business areas
• Create Presentations / White papers / PoVs on Insurance industry trends through research
• Assisting in business cases for solution building for client requirements
Qualifications/Eligibility:
• Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM
• Relevant Exposure / Experience would be an added advantage• Candidate should be open to relocation.
Skill Sets required:
• Financial Services background – Insurance Domain will be preferable
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
• Excellent communication and aptitude
• Excellent presentation and articulation skills
• Willing to work with solution and technical teams in creating attractive and quality presentations
