ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaise between partners and various verticals, communicating effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
• Establish KPIs and track them to ensure timely and accurate support
• Improving knowledge base for effective resolution of ticket
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and monitor escalations of tickets
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on the criticality and drive these tasks to closure
• Assist in closing ORM escalations
• Follow the standard operating procedures and best practices, receive general direction and guidance, and contribute to projects and initiatives
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll demonstrate excellent Leadership, hands on Technical, Design & Architecture skills and lead the team to arrive at optimal solutions for business challenges.
You’ll apply data cleaning routines, identifying data governance rules, and implementing pipelines to transfer and transform data between systems.
You’ll explore and analyze data to create visualizations and charts that enable organizations to make informed decisions
You’ll lead the Technical team for driving the strategic agenda for product and platform development.
Ability to work with Business Analyst, Marketing team, Engineering Manager, Product Owner, software Architect and Dev team.
You’ll delivery planning and defining of milestones, prioritize initiatives to meet project delivery and business commitments.
You’ll identify risk to projects and plan for actions to mitigate them.
Escalate any kind of risks in a timely manner to ensure that the right stakeholders are informed well in time.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Solid understanding of ETL process, Data storage and data cleaning.Solid understanding of Google Analytics application and Google Analytics admin roles
Should have experience on Python, SQL server, MySQL and Tableau BI tool.Should have experience on Creating and proposing dashboard using Tableau with key metrics to the business
Should have knowledge on Hadoop, Spark and Kafka.Excellent analytical skills applied in a practical environment. Well organized, disciplined approach to work with a high level of attention to detail
Strong work ethics with high level of self-motivation
Ready to learn new technologies and connect with cross functional team to explain the business requirements
