Job Description

Outstanding communication abilities required to address and resolve client concerns through various channels such as phone calls, chats, and emails.

• Proficient in communication according to the CEFR scale, specifically at levels C1 and C2.

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, handling voice-based processes, with a rotational weekly day off, and in an office-based environment. The candidate should have completed the full course of double vaccination.

• Capable of analyzing problems and providing effective solutions to customers.

• Possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly, taking full ownership of customer issues and resolving them independently, thoroughly, and efficiently. Demonstrates a proactive approach and utmost respect for the customer’s time.
