JIO Recruitment Responsibilities:
- To ensure First level proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
- To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with first level operations and investigate faults/cause related.
- Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC center
- To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions
- Knowledge of Domain Mandatory
- Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
- Knowledge of technical support activities.
- To delegate/coordinate the tasks efficiently efficiently
