About the Team

As the HR team, we play a key role in getting on board the right talent to make Meesho India’s preferred shopping destination. We continuously hunt for the best practices across the globe to take our people-practices to the next level. As Intern – Talent Acquisition, you’ll join us in making data-backed decisions to make Meesho the most sought-after place to work.We closely work with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives and finetune our processes, aligning our decisions with company goals. About the Role

As HR Intern- Talent Acquisition, you’ll work closely with the TA team and will help in handling the hiring process for our multiple vacancies. You’ll work on numbers, and get an idea of what a metrics-driven team looks like. You’ll also support the team in preparing reports and dashboards.What you will doCollaborate with all stakeholders through strong candidate/employee/alumni orientation.Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process.Managing virtual interview drives & events.Creating job-posts; assisting with screening of resumes and applications; communicating effective feedback to the candidatesPreparation of reports and dashboards, updating data as and when needed.

What you will need

0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.Graduate/Post-Graduation required.Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
