Job Role:
We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Process Engineering team who will be part of setting up production lines and ramp-up mass production.
Job Responsibilities:
Production line setup, qualification, ramp-up and introduction of mass production.
Product Yield improvement through failure analysis by providing CAPA.
New product proto-run &Proto part approval process after that same as pilot run.
Conduct regular CFT/NPI meetings to ensure communication between all regarding the project
Review and Control the Release of all NPI-related documents.
Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:
Freshers with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred specialization in EEE, ECE &
Mechanical)
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
CTC Offered: 2.3 LPA
