Job description
The FID Capital and Funding team is seeking a highly motivated full stack developer for the Strats team.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Capital and Funding Strats team to support existing and build the next generation of tools
Develop proprietary web-applications for analyzing impact of various capital regimes on trade performance
Develop proprietary web-applications for analyzing funding and liquidity costs with transparency across various drivers
Test software to ensure accuracy, responsiveness and efficiency
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, q/kdb)
Attention to detail and the ability to work thoughtfully and independently and manage multiple projects
Beneficial Skills:
Working knowledge of Fixed-Income financial products is a strong plus.
