Job Description for Billing and COD Reconciliation Team:
– Deal with logistics partners and manage the disputes for marketplace vendors.
– Logistics cost reconciliations.
– CN recovery against the Damage and lost shipments.
– Maintain data of COD-remittance and reconciliation with courier partners.
– Check and reconcile courier and vendor bill or invoice copy
Rotational shift Is mandatory In sale Time
General Shift :- 10am to 7pm
In sale time
1st shift 9am to 6pm
2nd shift 10am to 7pm
3rd shift 12pm to 9pm
Note:- Fluent English And Advance Excel mandatory
