Paytm is an Indian digital payments and financial services company, base in Noida.It was Founded in 2010 by Vijay Shekhar Sharma under One97 Communications. The companies offers mobile payment services to the consumers & enables merchants to receive payments through its QR code, point of sale & online payment gateway offering.Paytm parent companies One97 Communications, got listed on the Indian stock exchanges on 18 November 2021 after an initial public offering, which was the largest in India at the time. For the fiscal year 2021–22, Paytm’s gross merchandise value was report to be ₹8,500 billion. Refer to internal database and externally resources to provide accurate tech solutions

Talk clients through a series’ of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they will solved a technical issue

Diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues, including the accounty setup & network configurations

Track computer system issue through to resolution, within agreed times limit

Prioritize & manage several opening issues at one times

Researchers & identify solutions to software & hardware issues

Ask customer targeted questions to the quickly understanding the root of the problems

Properly escalate resolving issues to appropriate internally teams (e.g. software developers)

Provide prompt & accurate feedback to the customers

Ensures all issues are properly logged
