Job Description
Specialist, Customer Resolution will serve as a key interface and provide customer care to Parents/Students/Providers.
This position is responsible for scholarship application processing, including the determination of applicant eligibility in accordance with scholarship guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
12th pass or any graduate degree from any stream.
Preferred skill:
Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skill.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
