Aditya Birla Capital is hiring 2000+ Freshers for Relationship Executive – Direct Marketing PAN India
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and taking them to closure by working along with Aditya Birla Capital Operation and Sales backend team.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target set by the company.
- The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the Aditya Birla Capital Branch and he needs to sell the Insurance of Birla Sun Life Insurance to the existing or ex-customers.
- Relationship management with stakeholders.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured to achieve the profitability of the team.
Eligibility: Any Graduates
CTC: Up to 2.5 Lakh / Annum + Incentives
Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn incentives of 2% to 10% of their achievement based on performance
Location: PAN India
Note: This is an on-field sales job and you will be required to travel within the city.
