Responsibilities:

  • Supervise end-to-end event design and delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of sales results for your respective teams, setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Identify and engage prospects, using your sales expertise to close deals effectively.
  • Provide continuous feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with your team to optimize sales processes and approaches.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends and continuously seek creative inspiration.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiently managing unexpected changes and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 months – 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus
  • A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and consistently seeking inspiration
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing unexpected changes and challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships, particularly in the context of venue or real estate partnerships.
  • Preference: Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or venue sales is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully seeking, creating, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Analytical Abilities: An analytical and data-driven mindset to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proactive Attitude: Energetic, self-starting, agile, and flexible in adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the city and its regions.
