Sony’s R&D Centers support the different Sony business entities using cutting-edge research & technology. They already have teams and assets in the data science domain and have been applying it to various business domains of Sony & now looking at helping Sony’s business in India.
Key Responsibilities for Sony Internship:
Collaborate with research scientists and team members on daily development activities, focusing on custom model training, development, and optimization.
Utilize PyTorch and TensorFlow for deep learning model implementation.
Employ AWS services such as S3, Athena, and EC2 for efficient data storage, querying, and computation.
Gain insights into data cleaning techniques, hypothesis testing, MLOps practices, and dashboard development for predictive models.
Contribute to the in-depth understanding and application of deep learning and predictive modeling concepts.

Essential Education for Sony Internship:
Bachelors, Masters degree with hands-on experience in Python, specifically in Machine Learning/Deep Learning models.
Must-Have Skills for Sony Internship:
Supervised and Unsupervised Machine learning models.
Good Proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experienced in EDA on Large Datasets.
Exposure with AWS S3, Athena, and EC2.
Familiarity with deep learning/machine learning frameworks including scikit-learn.
Knowledge of custom training and development of deep learning models.
Skilled in Data cleaning and hypothesis testing.
Good to have skills for Sony Internship:
Expertise in PyTorch.
Previous internship experience in developing deep learning models.
MLOps and Model Deployment.
Dashboard development.
