Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Conducting competitive benchmarks and evaluations where they articulate the superiority to our customer’s design team and management
Drive increased usage of the product in both pre-sales and post-sales capacity
AE’s deliver customer training, tape-out support, and collaborate on initiatives for product enhancements
Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
Provide technical expertise to the sales team to assist in the sales process
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
Assist in the development of new products and services
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
Participate in industry events and conferences
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
A relevant Graduate/Post Graduate degree in electronic engineering (preferably with some Internship Experience)
Desire to learn and explore new technologies
Solid English communication skills
The general knowledge base in digital systems and microelectronics is generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training
Knowledge of Verilog hardware description language and Timing methodologies
Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC design flows
Capability to produce high-quality technical documentation
Able to build and maintain productive working relationships inside and outside the team
