Job Responsibilities:
Ability to gather requirements from business and map them to Appian technical requirements.
Good knowledge of the Appian product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian.
Should have hands-on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment.
Experience in Appian integration connectors CMIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, SIEBEL.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Production deployment package creation with documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate from any stream
Preferred skill:
Knowledge of Agile Process
Hands-on experience with Java for writing plugins for Appian
Ability to work within a diverse team environment.
The role requires some after-hours interaction with the team.
Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings
Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
Multi-Tasking
Good Team Player
