Job description
Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users.
Escalate priority issues per Client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable.
Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates.
Maintain Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality
Qualification required:
Any Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
Contractual for 6 months.
Interviews will be conducted virtually.
Candidate need to have their own device (Win 10/i3/8 GB RAM – BB or dongle with 20 Mbps of speed)
Languages: Average English with Guajarati/ Punjabi/Marathi/Bengali\Odia\Assamese
Eligibility
Hiring for Fresher’s & Experience (1 Year)
Should have good communication skills.
Equally, should be willing to do both day shifts and night shifts.
The candidate should be 18-28 years old.
In order to attain this job, the aspirant should be good at coding skills.
The candidate should clear the written test.
