Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Working under general supervision performing Tier 1 specific tasks.
Functioning as a Tier 1 escalation point for well-defined incidents and basic problems.
Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, messaging, mainframes, database environments, and/or host infrastructures.
Supporting customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys applications.
Responding to service outages and other problems/issues.
Providing support for simple troubleshooting requirements.
Performing incident restoration and implementing standard changes.
Coordinating with vendors using SOPs
