Job Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, including user management, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within Jira.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira functionality, performance, and integrations.

Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices and usage.

Develop and maintain documentation, including system procedures and guidelines.

Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper integration with other systems and tools.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize Jira performance.

Preferred skill:

Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Jira configurations, workflows, permissions, and user management.

Experience with Jira integrations and plugins.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
