The aim is to drive Insurance Business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. Ensure
all the pre and post-sales support and services to the clients. Ensure not only to achieve the
target but also to make sure there is consistent growth in the business every quarter.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Identifying the needs and demands of the clients and selling the appropriate insurance product
- Re-assessing the policy needs of existing clients at regular intervals
- Achieving targets in order to contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Executing smooth functions of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential
- Interacting regularly interact with customers and resolving their queries and ensuring that renewal of insurance policies take place on time
- Managing Relationship management with various stakeholders
Requirements:
- Final year under graduate student (any discipline)
- Communication skill
- Product-market awareness
- Execution skill
Package: INR 2,50,000 + Incentives + Career Trajectory
Work Details: 6 Days/Week with Alternate Saturday Off
