Job Description:
Participate in Incident Management Process and handle incidents as per agreed SLA/OLA
Participate in Change Management Process and execute the Application changes within agreed lead time
Participate High severity Incident Management process and represent Application support team. Involve in resolving High priority tickets at the earliest
Monitor Application Health on Daily basis and act on exceptions
Coordinate with Infrastructure teams, DB teams, Wintel teams, DevOps teams, CloudOps teams for Incident resolution
Create and manage Applciation Support Standard Operating Procedures
Participate in minor Implementation projects and Support Implementations
Should have exposure in IT Good Practices such as ITIL
