Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Configure, monitor, and manage server virtualization
Perform hands-on experience in Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) with Microsoft Certification (preferred)
Manage data centre infrastructure and ensure it is functioning optimally
Administer backup systems using VEEAM and Veritas
Manage domain controllers and ensure Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and AD users and group management is done efficiently
Manage file server access and space management
Install, configure, and manage SQL Server
Manage antivirus software and ensure systems are secure
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure is integrated and functioning efficiently
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or related field
0-1 year of experience in server administration and IT infrastructure management
Knowledge of server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Hands-on experience in Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) with Microsoft Certification (preferred)
Experience in data centre management and backup administration
Knowledge of domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and AD users and group management
Experience in file server access and space management
Knowledge of SQL Server installation, configuration, and management
Familiarity with antivirus management
Strong communication and collaboration skills
