Job Description:

Provide high-quality service to customers

Receive inbound calls in a courteous manner

Document process requirements and logs in Clarify (provisioning database)

Process orders and monitor them through online and manual systems

Review all methods and procedures, etc. on a daily basis for updates

Handle each customer inquiry by greeting customers properly, establishing rapport, conducting appropriate fact-finding, providing accurate and complete information, displaying professionalism, resolving inquiries, and meeting all commitments

Track and report activities, errors, and progress on a regular basis

Provide technical support during implementation of services

Take action by transferring proper escalations to customer care when necessary

Exhibit excellent customer service skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Education

10th Standard: 60% or above

12th Standard: 60% or above

Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 60% or above as applicable by the university guidelines

Only Fulltime courses. NO Part-time or Correspondences or Distance learning education in either 10th or 12th or Degree

Year of passing

2020, 2021, 2022

Qualification

B.E./B. Tech. (Compulsory Degree) / ME / MTech – 5 Year Integrated courses

Branch of study

All Branches Allowed.

Except Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture and Food technology
