Job Responsibilities:
- Managing full consumer devices lifecycle (portfolio definition, catalog, ordering, demand and stock management, maintenance, and optimization)
- Analyzing service performance and trends
- Challenging the status- quo and explore alternative proposals for services and hardware
- Driving continual service improvements.
Qualification required:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Computer Science) or Master’s degree in Business Administration (Vendor Management).
Preferred skill:
- Professional experience in Information systems function
- Good knowledge of hardware functioning and catalogue management
- Skills in hardware background and systems specialist
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
