Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to interact with an external parties like customers and suppliers comfortably.
Process and respond to phone calls and emails received from publishers.
Respond to queries sent to the KDP forums.
Investigate payment concerns brought up by customers.
Route payment concerns to Accounts Payable.
Reprocess stuck books through the system.
Route issues and bugs that need engineering expertise to the development teams.
Remove certain content as it is identified by the QA team.
Notify vendors that their content has been removed.
Maintain and improve a knowledge base with unique vendor requests and their solutions.
Work on developing responses for common questions
Work with customer service manager in documenting process flows.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA qualification with good analytical and coding skills
Year of Graduation – 2020 / 2021 / 2022
Selected Candidates will be required to join on 6th June 2022. Extension of joining date may not be possible

Preferred skill:
Knowledge of Core Computer Science Concepts including Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Operating Systems
Familiarity with Programming in Java or Python
Familiarity with Web Development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc
Good Logical Reasoning Skills
Desire to learn different technologies at a rapid pace
Compensation Details:
CTC of Rs 6 Lakhs per annum + 2 Lakhs Joining Bonus.
The above mentioned joining bonus will be paid after completion of 3 months of service.
All selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance appraisal leading to suitable salary increments from the end of 1st year onwards.
There will be a service agreement of 2 years with the company.
